Tweed Valley Hospital (TVH) Digital Hospital Strategy

Client Need

In June 2017, the NSW Government announced a $582 million investment in the Tweed-Byron region to deliver a brand new, state-of-the-art regional referral hospital on a greenfield site, as well as undertake interim upgrades at The Tweed Valley Hospital.
The Checkley Group were engaged to develop a Digital Vision and Strategy for the new digital hospital.

Our Approach

The Checkley team undertook in depth consultation with key stakeholders to capture their vision and inform the strategy development.

We applied our in-depth knowledge of contemporary hospital design and digital systems and utilised the Checkley Digital Hospital Model to identify requirements, gaps and maximise opportunities for innovative use of digital technologies in the new hospital.
