With 43 hospitals and 18,000 staff across Australia, Healthscope was seeking a consultancy to define their digital applications strategy and associated roadmap to ensure the right investment decisions would be made as part of the five-year corporate strategy development program.
We applied the Checkley Digital Hospital Model to assess the digital applications in place across the various hospitals in the Healthscope Group.
In parallel we conducted extensive stakeholder consultation to understand the strategic objectives of the organisation and the current pain points and barriers to achieving this objectives.
This assignment was completed remotely by the Checkley team.
Collectively the current state assessment and consultation insights informed our recommendations for investment and our proposed roadmap for implementation
