Provided key advice on ICT organisational structure and staff models for a number of Health Networks.
Over time we have developed a comprehensive database of positions, competencies and qualifications that future clients are able to use as a valid comparator for their own organisations .
Provide gap analysis on resource requirements for organisations against their ICT strategy – including an analysis of attraction and retention strategies.
