  • Conducted key stakeholder interviews to ascertain how well ICT services were meeting the needs of the organisation
  • Analysis of future ICT staffing requirements against strategic plans and health system trends
  • Review of attraction and retention strategies to address future needs.

Outcomes

  • Provided key advice on ICT organisational structure and staff models for a number of Health Networks.
  • Over time we have developed a comprehensive database of positions, competencies and qualifications that future clients are able to use as a valid comparator for their own organisations .
  • Provide gap analysis on resource requirements for organisations against their ICT strategy – including an analysis of attraction and retention strategies.
