Tat Garwood

Tat is a former clinical nurse specialist and experienced health informatics professional. Her role prior to joining our consulting team was as the Associate Chief Nursing and Midwifery Information Officer for Sydney Local Health District where she had a leadership role in strategically significant initiatives. Tat ensured clinical and executive engagement, sound project governance, change management and project management were in place to deliver key eHealth initiatives. She was responsible for championing digital change projects and communicating project objectives and requirements to all levels of the organisation from executives to clinicians on the ground.

She is a qualified Project Manager with experience in stakeholder engagement, business analysis and change management in eHealth implementations in both acute and community care. She has advised and assisted in the development and implementation of evidence-based policy, guidelines and programs. Since joining our team, Tat has been working with our client the Ministry of Health as a Project Manager on the JMO eRecruitment Program of works, liaising with key stakeholders across the state to streamline and optimise Medical recruitment across NSW Health.
